Because every piece is produced upon order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for the following:

• Personal preference
• Incorrect orders placed by the customer
• Personalized or custom pieces
• Natural variations inherent to handcrafted work

We recognize that unusual situations arise. In some cases, a return request may be reviewed at our discretion within 14 days of delivery. If a return is approved, the piece must be unworn, in original condition, and returned in its original packaging within 7 days of authorization. Approved returns may be subject to a 15% processing deduction.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will work to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing an order, provided production has not yet begun. Once production starts, cancellation is no longer possible. If you need to cancel, contact us immediately through our Contact page — the sooner we hear from you, the more we can do.

Where a refund is approved, it is issued to your original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for processing.
